He's currently in negotiations to get the 8.2% that he pledged to the bank as collateral back, the bank went under, the Nigerian FDIC controls the assets and there is a dispute as to whether Offor paid back the loan amount before they return the shares to him, Offor will control over 50% again pretty soon.
