What makes you think they could have gotten 'controlling interest'?

Nice try, but I'm not buying your negative proposals/scenarios/possibilities. None of your predictions (toast) have been correct yet. No reason why they might be now.




The 'serious cash needed' will come by way of bridge loan, IPO, and whatever JVs this new group manages to create. CTGI shares are out of the picture. CTGI is basically just another S/H in LTC, in a major kind of way now.
