The number you listed (011-2349-524-1069 from the U.S.) is on the old JDA website, and, as I have posted before, it's not operational. For your information, I've tried numbers ending in 65 and 67 as well as others. I've also e-mailed the address you list perhaps 10 times, attention Mark's contact, and have never gotten a response.
