Companies get bad Reputation due to the Acts of their BOD, This Company under a new BOD, with Monty as the CEO will regain that Good Reputation. But if we have to we will form another Corporation, have another Name and continue producing NICOSAN and continue to aliviate the SCD sufferers pain.

That is if is OK with you of course

You fail to understand the situation in Nigeria with the banks, NIPRD, the Ministry of Health, etc. You're assuming that we can just give NIPRD a call and ask them to pull Niprisan out of the Xechem Receivership process, leaving the banks high and dry, and give it us. While that's a possibility, it's not the first option that anyone wants. Considering that NEXIM is a "division" of the Ministry of Finance; one Ministry isn't going to "screw" the other out of that kind of money if they don't have to. There have been discussions about it, pros and cons and if at all possible everyone would like to work together so that everyone is taken care of. That part of things is pretty much out of our hands... Could we do it, yes, but I'm thinking that pissing off three of the biggest banks in Nigeria isn't a great way to get started, I'd rather develop a solid working relationship with them. Good business or bad business? Six of one, half a dozen of the other...

Could be start a NewCo in the US and leave all the shareholders and creditors with nothing (or take select ones with us), sure we could. Personally, I'd rather do what we can to help those that were loyal to the company over the years than tell them thanks, but we are moving on... That's my personal opinion, how I've fought to keep this and how it'll be until it's determined that it can't work that way. At this point in time, that's my call and it's the call I'm making, for now. Could that change, absolutely it could, there's too much time, money and effort involved to see it fall apart. Don't assume there isn't a Plan B or Plan C or even a Plan D, just because it hasn't been presented anywhere.
