I certainly would love to say much much more to you about this obvious BS attempt to silence online critics by exposing them with an abusive subpoena attempt but.......why would I do that when you would not believe it. Perhaps it will just be better to allow you to see what is coming when it comes?
That would be the prudent thing for me and the other 6 people to do in this matter.
You are welcome to think I from wherever it is that fits into your "agenda". If it makes you feel better to think we all reside in Indiana and we are all posting on behalf of Michiana then you go right ahead.
Soon enough it will be shown to you and then you can determine if you were correct in your assumptions or if you were wrong.
I think I will allow my new counsel to do the speaking on this matter from here on out and I will let you wonder what is going on and wonder if you were on the right track all this time or simply on the wrong train all together.
Actually we do, as most of us are being harassed by the company and its minions and have had to engage legal council to protect our rights.
The thing is the more this company and its minions attack and harass people the more people get interested and start digging. What started out as just a couple occasional critics has ballooned into many complaints and discussions with regulatory bodies. When the SEC and such start to see attacks on critics it tends to bring that file to the top of the pile.
Find me a pennystock that attacks critics and you will find a litigation release from the SEC/DOJ.... history is kind that way.
