I looked into its liquidity for you cardi and it is resting peacefully at $243, which is not bad considering its recent past liquidity was over $10,000 so, if it wants to move it can do it easily. Watch for an entrance.

PMO- You watch for the crossover of the PMO through the 10 day EMA. ADX/DMI- 14 You watch as the +D line comes from 15 to the 20 and goes up. AROON- 22 You watch as the Aroon up goes up and this can only happen when the MACD fast & slow cross their mid-zero level. WILLIAMS%R- 14 You watch the line cross the 50. CCI- 8 You watch the line break the 50. SLOW STOCH- 9,3 You watch the lines break the 50. RSI- 14 You watch the line cross the 50.
