What is your position on the RV now?

Do you believe that it will be delayed until all members are seated?

Or do you believe the UNSC will release Iraq from CH 7 and the Rv will happen before the members are seated?

What are your thoughts about Iraq not having a tradable currency by March 25? I thought that according to the terms and conditions of the IMF loan on Feb.24th., that they were to have a tradable currency 30 day before the day the first payment was due. ( which is April 24th ).
