No big co will want to take them over now, cause they just a baby with needs and nothing to give back except love and if the one who takes over does not reciprocate, all the love will be lost, like scientistss walking away and everybody loses. If any big pharma has interest at this stage, it is to pump money into CYGX to help them grow, which means win/win for both co's, imo. This way both co's will reap the benefits.
