I agree with the first part of your post. Do you think that it could be company insiders dumping because the company is about to dissolve. It's been done before.
I was burned by company in Israel that was listed on the AMEX, the SEC looked the other way.
Like I said, I think that it is worth a shot but I am not going to put much money in it.
