Maybe Rick is the one that needs the boot up you know what. I will take a filing on Monday though and if it happens I think this will start to trade much better.

Once again, it sounds like it is going to be longer than he said at the beginning of this week.

I e-mailed him earlier this evening to say I did not see any filings this week, so I was expecting to see something early next week and this was his response.

Being the last week of March, the Auditors are pretty back logged with 10K's, we have made good progress, but have been bumped a little due to the fact that we do not have a "hard" deadline of March 31 and other companies that are current do. So we will see the filings very soon. Once we have this settled there will be regular updates explaining current info, as well as, what we have accomplished in the rebuilding of this company.

More excuses/BS or stay the course and patiently wait it out?
I am waiting it out and still giving him the benefit of the doubt.
Many will say I am crazy and I do not blame them.
It could backfire and I could get burned or there could be a sweet payday weeks ahead.

I still believe the float is pretty well tied up and for those who hope to get triple 000s once we finally do get news will be surprised how quickly we get back to 00s and higher.
