#18800 RE: SULAX #18799

Management is the key ingredient that is missing in order to commercialize Torvec's technologies. At this time, we have no CEO and no Chief Financial Officer. Also, with the exception of Kieth Gleaseman and possibly Dr. Destler, we have a Board of Directors who contribute nothing of substance to this company's potential success. A former car salesman, a local lawyer, and a retired military guy who can't stay awake at shareholder meetings bring nothing of substance to the table. Kieth G's statement in the last CEO update that "we are poised to ratchet-up the commercializing of our products in 2010, thus creating needed employment for the Rochester area" would seem to be a pipe dream given the current lack of leadership and a BOD lacking insider connections with industry decision makers. Torvec is looking more and more like a dead fish that stinks a little more with each passing day.

Kieth Gleaseman, as the largest shareholder in this company, I urge you to examine whatever reasons the current board members were appointed for, and make the hard nosed business decisions that are in the best interest of Torvec and all of its shareholders in replacing those who are not able to move this company to commercialization. We obviously also need to fill the CEO and CFO positions with proven successful leaders.
