eliaman, SPNG didn't increase the A/S to 3 Billion and then attempt a 10 for 1 Reverse Split for nothing. good thing FINRA and the SEC stepped in and stopped them.

don't forget they increased the A/S to 3 Billion after stating they were buying back shares, lol, not sure how anyone would fall for that.

Uhhhm yeah, you see when you buy stock you are buying a part of the company, the only place shares come from is the company. Do you even understand the most basic concept of buying stock?

Sorry eliaman, there are no MMs making a market in SPNG. And, there are not now, nor were there ever any counterfeit or air shares or what ever googly little catch phrase is the current con of the month talking point. Simply put, there are 3 BILLION shares put into the market by the SPNG criminals. Given their penchant for forging Opinion letters and selling unregistered shares ... there could be MORE.
