On the same note, we do have one contingency agreement already in place.
We can "undo" our agreement which gave us this concession in the first place and essentially take back our old land.... Don't assume we won't exercise this option; our old land has proven reserves. Something to think about... Also, Tb received an interesting email from VIPR a few weeks hinting that they would be investigating whether they could still do this option (at the time, and still currently, it looked like the lands may have been sold to a third party illegally). imho.
