That tweet has got to be fake. With news like that they would have to release it in a PR form... You generally can't even release "big news" in a confrence call without putting out a PR beforehand.. to my knowledge any news needs to be released in a way that the majority of the public will recieve it and thats through a PR.. all my opinion ofcourse
