What moron pays that much on a trade?

I suspect some traders, especially if they are very active traders, can get a pretty low commission rate. TD Ameritrade had a plan for active traders a few years ago where the commissions were only $2 per trade. I think other brokers have real low commissions for traders who make hundreds or thousands of trades a month.
