I have read the 8k a couple of dozen times just to make sure that the message gets through to me and I understand exactly how it is going to work. When I have money on the line I like to try and be as informed as possible as I would hope that most here are of the same mindset.

Anyway after all that reading I have yet to come up with anything that doesn't seem to benefit Eternal Image or Matthews for that matter. It seems like it is going to be an arrangement that will work out well for all the parties that are involved.

Thanks for the gold star by the way! LOL!! It is going right up in a place of honor on the fridge door!
