The question is, why is this allowed to trade?

It seems like it's in the company's best interest to not reach the necessary amount this year. I mean, if they get close it seems like they could just try to push some $$$ to next year in order for it to fail. Seriously, the SEC shouldn't let CVRs and other bullshit like this trade. Not to mention there seems to be quite a bit of manipulation....
