it doesn't matter if YOU or I or ANY of us here are happy with the news, my friend.

the MARKET MAKERS are not happy. As an INVESTOR, I judge not only what Frank does to grow the company, but what the MARKET thinks about what Frank does.

and what the market thinks is obvious today. We can cheerlead or bitch all we want. It's irrelevant. NOTHING we do or say can have an effect. This is a Market driven game, and, for now, the market is saying 'Where's the beef??"

so now..we wait a little while longer.
