Sure it was his fault, he didn't make Kerry happy enough to drive for the company.
If he was THAT close to driving then obviously that isn't 100% as was announced in the PR. The PR stated that he was a driver.
The PR should have stated that the company approached Kerry (or the other way around) and that Kerry had shown great interest in driving.
The day that he actually gets into the car and takes it for a spin around the track is when another PR would have been released announcing that Kerry was, in fact, driving for DLR Associates.
