In my understanding is that we the share holders are demanding a return on investment while the lien holders are also demanding the same. Now there lies the split between the core investment community of CPRK. Now my thinking is that the lien holders have the power to shut us down but us share holders cannot do this. Our only recourse as share holders is to wait or sell but we do have the committee that represents us and I believe gives us a say at the table.
Those lien holders want payment and if it comes in the form of a LTF or STF, so be it but I think the company really wants to use revenues to pay as much as possible and borrow as little as possible. It sounds so simple but thats my way, simplify.
The pressure is on this company to perform and make good on what they have said. Now patience is what is being asked but some are just about out of this precious attribute.
