This is from a press release, so they are not being dishonest.

The Company also wishes to notify its shareholders that the recently announced 3.5-for-1 stock split has been temporarily postponed

now would you rather have a split on a pink sheets company or a share in an otc company.

It should be obvious that MEVT could not move to the OTC without a horrendous amount of work, so the quick and easy method is to get an OTC trading and fold this company into it.

I do not have any more time for this banter, if you are unhappy sell, if not talk to me in a week, the EPRO 10-k should be filed by then.

I agree with Student, management needs to be open and honest with us shareholders. There is no reason for them not to be. We all want MEVT to be successful and we all want what is best for the company. Many of us are longs and plan to hold and if management was a little more honest with us then it would make holding on to the stock a bit easier.

I am not counting on any EPRO shares because I know if I do I will most likely end up disappointed again. I don't see MEVT climbing out of the 0.20's (if they get out of the teens) for quite a while. I hope I'm wrong but that is just my personal opinion. I got no facts or reasons for it, just a feeling.
