Please clarify with what you said "re uplisting"?

Therefore, their original application was rejected by NasDaq?

If this is a correct assumption, then we are stuck waiting for an unknown amount of time before JGBO might up list. Since they were not timely with the last application, I do not see any difference with any sort of second application submission.

This might be terrible news from the company.
