I would worry if BNVI didn't have language about RS in this vote.

Are they adding 5 BOD seats? Could mean a merger or reverse merger.

My history with watching these items unfold would be a sideways stock at best for BNVI, of course unless there was some good news from the company on the pipeline. Usually they throw all the negative news out with the R/S and then after the split they pull out any goods news they can find to give the new stock legs. Currently out and on the sidelines for now.......
