Er0ck this is a brilliant post as it tackles the hardest of subjects to define - putting a value on our mineral claims.

The only thing I can think to add to your summary of our claims is to your list of our copper claims. You have mentioned our two larger claims (ignoring the massive new claim for the moment) Rusty Ridge and Lucky. We also have Shaylee, which is just a few hundred yards away from Rusty Ridge and Ken has identified copper mineralization running for 1km x 75m and 200m x 50m.

Of course we don't as yet know a great deal about the new claim area, which makes up almost half of KAT Explorations entire claim areas (44% to be precise). At this stage the new claim area could turn out to be absolutely anything!
