I can't help but think this all part of the organizational planning. I agree that Sirius XM and others are involved that is why I believe they are being so careful as not to put added liability on other partners. I can only imagine the detailed negotiations that are part of this new structure. I would think that this might have been impossible to do out of bankruptcy protection. I am still strong on Worldspace. No way would this have failed in the end. John Malone does not have a history of failure.
