it’s not that different from calling to any other country. From USA dial 011 + (country dialing code) + (city dialing code) + (Phone Number).

So, to call Magadan you dial: 011-7-41322- (local#). To Yagodnoye (where “Krong” and ”Puma” registered): 011-7-41343- (local#)

Phone numbers on Russian websites are usually local. Looking at profiles for Krong:

I see the same local # 7-61-23, which is not surprising – they both belong (or used to belong) to Chegenev, and it was probably his apartment # in Yagodnoye. Small gold “artels” don’t need offices and much paper work. They are often registered with address/phone of the owner. For example, I remember ZabaikalGeoprom had its headquarter officially listed at apt # 2 (?).
Bottom line: to reach both Krong and Puma one needs to dial: 011-7-41343-76123. If the phone is still active it should work – I might tried to call several years ago, but was never able to catch anybody in Magadan. Basically all my contacts were through Moscow numbers… which is really enough. As I stated many times, entire Aurus’ “new management” lives and works in Moscow. I have addresses and home numbers all of them except “Elena Kalinina”, who I suspect is not “Elena” and not “Kalinina”. :)
BTW, if you look at the Krong’s link above you will see one more proof that Krong is PRIVATE company. It’s director Samvel Chobanyan is the person who tried to pump Aurus on Yahoo’s board (“djsam”). He is just 20+ and, according to some unverified rumors, he is Valentin’s son (or adopted son). He and his brother share the same legal address with Chegenev in Moscow.
