"10,000 cases that will ship as soon as production is completed"...we don't even know if the production was completed, much less if they were sold yet.

DA receives a per case payment I believe, it does not matter what gross margin is. Damiani was the only product for which the per case fee was listed from what I recall and it was $10.

"Furthermore, the Company shall earn and Mexcor shall pay, a royalty fee on a per case or case equivalent basis on all Company products distributed by Mexcor which royalty fee will increase by ten percent on August 12, 2011, with additional ten percent increases (compounded) on August 15th of each successive year during the initial term of the agreement. Additionally, the Company shall earn $10.00 for each case of Damiana product, as defined, distributed by Mexcor. For the first full twenty-one calendar months following the effective date, Mexcor will pay the Company the greater of the per case royalty fees described above or the following monthly minimum royalties; $20,000, for the first six months; $35,000, for months 7-9 and $50,000 for months 10-21.
