You are completely wrong with the majority of that post. Dillution has been verified through the TA, and the PR read .01 for all shares....In the CC today the CFO started a "MINI TENDER OFFER" you need to look up the definition of that. So, therefore it looks like they used underhanded tactics to decieve the investing community as well as dumped billions of shares on the heads of investors.

Call the TA to verify the billions of shares diluted. Look at this companies history. They dilute like mad then reverse split. Then they begin the process all over with a new herd. They are a pink for a reason. It's not hard to understand. The "bashers" were right as usual as they are 99.9999% of the time. The herd that got slaughtered will become the next batch of "bashers" and watch yet another new herd enter the slaughter house. It's just the way it is. It is a process that will be repeated time and time again as long as it is allowed and as long as there are enough new traders who believe in these stinky pinky companies bogus stories. We were all newbs once but the problem is you can't convince anyone of these scams. They have to get screwed over themselves to figure it out and that is how these companies can continue to dump shares on bogus claims over and over again. There will always be a fresh batch of eager investors who will believe almost anything in an attempt to get rich over night. The end.

I think you are right. I think we go back up to our base price of 0.0020 this week and stay there for a while.

Daytraders playing the CC play have left (with losses) and will not be back until April 29th to make up the loss... real life company business is too slow for them to "flip".

The weak are gone... that also helps.

I once had a bad company that gave an incredible CC all pumped up with sensational promises; but that was all unture and has been prosecuted by a federal court. But this THRR CC was NOT a pump... so that is a good sign.

Too bad we could not get a "get rich quick" CC today ... but it is not bad news and not a pump (imho) and the $0.01 has now been confirmed and NO RS was announced.
