I completely agree. Especially if it should rise from your sell points, which I fully hope and expect it to do.

Following the story line gives me a different perspective I guess. From what I understand the company is working on the filings as their primary focus, and the 10-k is not due for another week. and even if they file an extension for a 10-k it shows good intent.

If you trade by share price you will be disappointed. I try and trade by the conclusion of company events, it seems to work for me.
