I can wait for the 10-k. I have much more going on to worry about this stock. This is a buy and hold for me. I'll make a decision on it months from now.

I don't believe the ta is obligated to tell anyone information. The ta works for the company. Maybe I'm wrong here. But that is what I always thought.
