Oh, I understand, I do. Lol, just the other day you were going to buy $40k more, cash flow must be awfully erratic lol. I completely understand the reasons behind the sellers, I do, I understand.

You still have a lot of shares I believe. I hope that however long you decide to keep them or not keep them, that they do much better for you than the 24,700 did and that they hopefully negate any loss that you have taken here with this sell.

That 10Q your looking at is from DBLT the company before EPRO took over and bought the shell from the past owners...

The next filing due for EPRO is the 10-K. It is due a week from today, March 31st. It won't take any time at all to write up because the previous company was a shell and did no business in 2009.

The next 10-q due will be for 2010 Q1 on May 17th.
