From what it looks like they want to separate the CO2 into carbon and oxygen and that can be done in a couple ways. An arc plasma could accomplish that at very high temperatures. Usually above 3,000 degrees. That type of process could be expensive, unless they have a cheaper route, such as a photocatalyst or something to that effect. I don't know what partners are involved.
