If you read the PR it says 100% of "future" production. 100% of nothing is nothing. Where the figures they quote come from nobody can know, but they are in their millions as with every project they have ever started. It used to be billions though when the were taking the online gaming world by storm.
The question nobody seems to have taken into account is the economic sense of production in Georgia (if it ever happens) being shipped to Europe? Why would you do that?
As I said earlier - look back over the posts on here on the day before this has moved up in the past and you will see certain names regularly posting about great things coming - ignoring the one hit wonder/pumpers - and be ready to move if and when they come back.
In answer to your PM it is a tough one to call. In the past the price has gone up on the back of very little substance so there is no reason why it should not do so again. It depends on where the shares that are being sold are coming from - there are probably still many millions out there "given" to consultants to off set alledged debts, so for them to be sold for a decent return the price could move up again.
Of course if this ever proves to be a pukka business then the price will fly - I have my own beliefs on that and the "pig" is more likely to fly. In your situation I might hope to see 0.008 - 0.0085 and get out but there are many on here who will tell you it will go much higher.
