#99075 RE: Klinsmann #99070

my indications are that the cap is about to be reached....so how will he continue to fund his day to day operations?

He has staff members to pay, production of all these products we are suppose to be producing, a race team to pay for, and promote...

guppy water
koma unwined
koma coffee
koma bag in a box

So I see three possibilities....

1) Share buyback...hmmm, he was diluting last week, and I would say after 20 million sold today, he is still diluting (imo) This will not help him pay for the day to day operations (so this really isn't even a possibility in helping with the funding)

2) R/S in order to continue diluting and paying for the above mentioned

3) Raise the A/S to something larger than the cap in order to continue diluting to fund the above.

I don't have enough invested to care if I lose it all...its a lotto ticket for me, so I'm not going to sell now.

Let me ask you Klinsmann....what do you think is going to happen after the cap is reached (remember we're almost there according to the T/A)

IF he publishes a RS you would have 1-2 weeks to sell your shares before it happens

Normally it gets published one business day before.

It's already at .0001. In two weeks you'll probably not be able to sell even at .0001!
The dump continues. Those 9 Mil blocks most likely are the company.
It's not a definite zero yet. But, don't have a sell order in when there is an RS. If it's 100\1 it'll bring the price up to .001, and bring all the orders under that price to bear. JMO
