My L2 and my Scottrade streamers are not reflecting the same scenarios - just like yesterday. And once again it appears buys at the ask are being delayed. Based on yesterday's downticks and the volumes associated with them, imo we are seeing mm's trading phantom shares back and forth trying to pry loose some real shares. May continue for a few days, but won't last long, imo.
