It's moving now. Investors will see what happened in the chart not quite a couple months back and will want in now. Very good risk reward set up IMO judging from the PR alone and forthcoming 8K.

If the word "signs" does come in the next PR everyone even those short know this will skyrocket toward a $1. JMO.
