It is actually 5:55 PDT not PST but I don't think they are putting that much thought into the time. I am pretty sure it is going to be at 11am Pacific and 2pm Eastern regardless of the pdt's or the pst's.
Does California observe daylight saving time? If they do it is 6AM PDT not PST.
