Your estimate sounds about right. Personally I am not worried about them raising more cash, they gotta spend what they have first ;). Raising capital once a company is out of the OTCBB is also not as big an issue, as long as they spend it wisely in accretive moves. Given the highly highly lucrative nature of their business (with huge margins) I have no problem with them opening more tourist locations with financed money.
