I remember the post and I believe that the guy was telling the truth but what I didn't understand is why it was relevant that Clearwire had their own patents. They are transmitting data at 10Mbps tops so it's apples and oranges IMO. I don't pay much attention to Clearwire anymore since we now understand MG3's assets better and Clearwire in and of itself isn't as important as I once thought it was.

A couple days ago I had a Clearwire flyer placed on my front door letting me know that their service would be available here soon. What was noticeably missing was television. There was a small mention of 'streaming television' but it was not one of their 3 services.

If Clearwire had our technology I can't see why they wouldn't be able to add television to their services the way cable or satellite dish does. They already have the infrastructure setup for millions of possible customers.

Believe me, Clearwire and all others OWN THEIR OWN PATENTS. That's not the deal. The deal is that Wytec is the bedrock for most, if not all of these patents. These patents that are "owned" by these communication companies have been woven like a quilt in and out and through MediaG3 technology making them "infringe" upon our patents.
