how would target on the cup with handle be almost reached at 1.15?

first off, low says the 1.15 shadow does not even count so we really only get to count the 1.08 if i am correct.

second, if i understand the cup w handle correctly, you take the low at the center of the cup (.76) and subtract the right side high of 1.06. that difference is the % gain to the upside. so im expecting at least the 1.36 area.

if im wrong can you help?

Would just like to add. With strong volume & price spikes like this one. They usually only last 3 days. If anyone decides to chase the remaining 18%, run fast!! In & out !!

NEPH hit 1.23. Just gonna keep watching see how it acts.
Also note the flag pole. gives target of 1.20 so definately should be taking profits IMO
