Your leak of 14.1 mil cash offer to Business Week, is a day late and dollar short, literally. You guys sound like nice people, but obviously have no common sense. In the business world the only ones who ever make it have common sense, brain smarts only get you so far.
Yeah, and the 14.1 mil offer was not offered in the pumping PR that said .01 per share. They left out the fact they would have to do a reverse split to obtain this price. Totally illegal.
THRR management just lost everything....when the reverse split is announced there will be so many lawsuits coming from so many angles that they will have to spend all of their time in court or with lawyers, forget about running THRR. Jailtime for some of them and demise like SPNG is on the way.
The only reason why they are leaking the 14.1 mil cash offer now to people like Businessweek is because they are worried about their falsification of impression in the initial PR's saying .01 for All and Outstanding shares, which were cleary and undeniably known to be near 10 billion at the time. THRR inferred that the offer was for over 100 mil dollars, and they are in trouble now.
My law buddies are all over this, you can expect THRR to have lawyers at their office (not mine) by the EOD tomorrow.
