inside, I hear what you're saying but ITRO is a supplier to CPS only and they are huge. The end user isn't looking at the ITRO balance sheet. Are you referring to new distribution channels then? That would be great but what percent of production are they at now to service CPS? I don't know the numbers so I can't judge but prox definitely has a point. Whit needs to focus on maximizing output for CPS first before spending any more money for increased production....unless of course he's turning away other distributors. I doubt that's the case but if there is something like that going on then please spill the beans. That would be good to know exactly why Whit is doing what he's doing. From the outside it appears he's using Obamanomics (spend more to get out of a hole) which definitely is stupid. If you can elaborate it would be much appreciated. You seem to know more about the inner workings over there than anybody else. Clue us in, dude. Please.
But whatever the case may be, if he's looking for more investment money then he definitely should also be very concerned about the pps since the lower it is the more shares he has to issue for X amount of dollars. This is where I can't help but criticize him because he has done absolutely nothing to increase shareholder value and get the pps up so he doesn't have to dilute any more than he needs to. This is why I say he's running the biz like a hobby, not a public company where he has to be held accountable to the shareholders. You guys give him a free pass on EVERYTHING. I don't get that. Never will. He has about 16B-17B A/S, right? The O/S is about 3.5B by now. Nobody knows exactly because he hasn't had to report that stuff on the pinks. Don't ya think he would want the pps just a little higher than 0027 before approaching investors????? And please don't tell me he has no control over it. That's nonsense. He's not promoting the biz and issuing PRs. Look at all that stuff in the "new" corporate overview that should have been put out in PRs. Why didn't he? Too busy? Sorry but that's no excuse. I know he uses that one all the time and you guys still just go along with it. I can't.
