You take the URL for a .gif file on the web

You eliminate the http:// so you are left with ...

www.first-edition.com/PSU_Gorilla_small.gif

You insert that between left bracket "chart" right bracket and left bracket "/chart" right bracket with no quotation marks, and no spaces.

You get:
