Technical analysis I don't know, but accounting...that's my game. Going concern is foremost an assumption, albeit a reasonable one, on the part of the decision makers of the company. It is the assumption that a business will continue operations in the foreseeable future and management decisions are based upon that assumption.

However, the fact that CCTC disclosed that they may not be able to maintain that assumption in their 10-q isn't too concerning for a development stage company. Financial statements as a rule lean towards the VERY conservative unless they are fraudulent and I see nothing in CCTC's that would indicate lack of reporting or lack of transparency. Also, development stage companies depend upon financing and debt so the references to raising capital and meeting obligations is par for the course for any company in the start-up phase.
