hey i have been reverse split out of positions in the past that i had spent good coin making a nice position... just don't go for that anymore.. especially when they reverse split it occurs with a symbol change and scottvader and ameriturd don't let you trade it till the paperwork catches up...
sometime you get clobbered while the big boys make all the money and the retail guy... the little guy gets to watch. then the shorting starts.. and he really gets clobbered cause now he has to hold or sell at a loss... that means the big boys get to use the little guys shares to drive him into the ground without using their own cash.
that is the reality that i have found to occur...
so i rather it settles.. or i only flip till they either announce a cancellation of the RS or they perform it and i see if the pps is worth jumping on.
i am not trying to build a company so much as trying to build a portfolio i can look to for gains... not losses...
