Trevor, do a search of online brokers and start calling them to find out if you can buy american over the counter with them.
When you find one, download their account transfer form, fill it out with your old broker info, fax it to the new company. There is a way, you have to get on the phone. There is still time to buy Hague at relatively low prices. The transfer will take a week.
