rgdphd, as I understand the options, sentences should read:

We intend to complete the individual audits (all three or possibly four companies) and either jointly complete the merger within LDSR or uplist the merged companies to the OTCBB. To be clear, another option has been presented to us, which is to roll up all the audited companies (all three or possibly four companies) into an existing OTCBB company.

So I read it as individual audits for all companies are in progress, not completed, and will be finalized regardless of the two options, LDSR or the OTCBB. Either way, this is gonna get wild, IMO.

The forgot to mention they will release the audit after the merger on leap year day..
