The issue of securities fraud has come up with some certs that were distributed not having CUSIP numbers, and now the new ones have CUSIP numbers. Some are arguing that the first set are fine and legitimate, but if that were the case, why stop distributing the certs, than issue a PR saying they can now be distributed again with CUSIP numbers?
Ed Hayter is already under SEC investigation for securities fraud concerning a dividend with another shell, so it's not a huge stretch the SEC has already questioned him on UDHC. It looked like people did some dumping yesterday. The prospect of holding a company through a halt to return on the Grey Sheets is never good.
