Thanks Springroll.....oddly enough...according to filings....2007 was the year that the company "sold" the property/facility...and of course Wilkes Holdings, LLC was hatched in June-2007...I believe the same filing indicates a "selling" price of around 7-800K...........what would the combined loans made to JD and GH add up to?
