Like charts work on a penny stock. These markets can rise or fall 25% in a matter of minutes.

Charts using fundamentals may work but here there are no fundamentals, only suspicious executives hiring suspicious promoters to move their markets so they can dump some paper.

can any investor here explain why the forward split? Besides dilution, what exactly will that accomplish?
